Three-class Spiral Body Techniques™ series with Molly Shanahan.

Dancers may take one, two, or all three classes.

For advanced and intermediate/advanced dancers. No experience with SBT is necessary.

Pre-registration encouraged. Class must have 10 students registered by December 1st to run.

When: December 19-21, 2023. 11am-1pm Tues/Wed/Thurs.

Where: Visceral | Chicago.

Cost:

• Register now and pay later: $15 holds your spot and indicates commitment to pay in full.

• “Early bird” registration the series: $70 by December 1st. Register here. Thereafter: $75 for all three classes.

• Single classes: $27.00 Register here.

Drop-ins are always welcome pending availability.

Notes:

Class must have 10 dancers to run and will be capped at 25 dancers.

We cannot offer refunds for unused classes, but we will apply credit to future classes.

For students brand new to SBT and Shanahan’s teaching, this series may function as a pre-requisite for future Spiral Body Techniques Teacher Certification (basic level/studio classes).
