Three days of three-hour studio class + mini-intensive in Spiral Body Techniques® for advanced and intermediate/advanced dancers with Molly Shanahan and members of Molly Shanahan/Mad Shak. At Visceral Dance Center | 3121 N. Rockwell, Chicago IL 60618

This class series combines a Spiral Body Techniques® studio class with Molly, and allows for a deep/er dive into both slow and simple, and complex and active…with ample time for exploration, discussion, and explanation of key movement concepts.

All are welcome. This workshop is particularly appropriate for folks who are considering the SBT Teacher Training Certification Workshop in a future year.
